TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RESELLERS
- Registration Fee is once-off (to cover admin cost of registering you on the reseller portal)
- There are NO MINIMUM MONTHLY TARGETS to be reached and this is NOT a pyramid scheme. However, we do require at least one sale per month and at least three sales in “silly season” (eg. Valentines Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Boss’s Day, etc.)
- Resellers will sell products of JMR Laser under their own name
- Resellers will be required to do their own marketing and compound their own marketing material
- Resellers are allowed to use JMR Laser’s photos for marketing purposes
- Resellers buy the products from JMR Laser at discounted prices and can resell it at their own prices. We DO NOT pay any commissions or salaries or performance bonuses – the reseller determines THEIR OWN selling prices, in other words, their own profit
- JMR Laser will assist with any queries and after sales. We will also assist with guiding what market values are
- Terms & Conditions will also apply for resellers and it is the reseller’s duty to inform their customers thereof – refer to T’s & C’s page
- Orders need to be confirmed with JMR Laser, before promises are made to customers – whether we can assist or not, and to check stock availability, have it ready in time for their customer’s due date, etc.
- Lead time will remain the same: 2 – 4 weeks, HOWEVER, should the reseller’s customer(s) require their orders sooner – please confirm with us first!
JMR Laser may be asked to courier directly to the reseller’s customer on the reseller’s request. The courier amount will be charged to the reseller @ 100% cost – not more, not less
