DTF Printing
  • We offer DTF prints – where you can purchase DTF prints from us and press yourself; OR
  • We can do the full supply for you

DTF Printing is printing your design directly onto a film and transferring it (heat-pressing) to any cotton, polyester or blends thereof, regardless of the colour, as DTF printing can print white.

DTF Printing is an ideal choice for vivid colour printouts on all types of fabrics with both dark and light colour substrates. Whereas sublimation printing is normally best for photorealistic prints on bright colour items.

UV DTF Printing & Branding

We now offer UV DTF Printing and Branded Products!

Please note:

  • Maximum size: 55cm x 100cm
  • Do not flip or mirror your artwork if we need to supply only the UV DTF stickers
  • Acceptable File Formats: PDF, PNG, TIF, PSD
  • Your quality of artwork sent, will determine your quality of print: 300 – 900 dpi is recommended
  • Send your artwork in the exact dimensions / size you want it to get printed (we will not resize your image)
  • Save your artwork as a RGB file and remove your background, unless the background should get printed too
  • Please check your colours – we cannot be held responsible if the colours print incorrectly
  • Make sure about the resolution of your designs / artwork, as we cannot be held responsible for pixelated images due to bad designs / quality artwork

Further Notes:

  • We do not edit any designs received, we only print as we receive the files
  • Files for UV DTF printing is advised to be sent via email, as WhatsApp loses some quality
  • Even though UV DTF prints are durable, waterproof and scratch-proof, we recommend handwash only
Embroidery

We offer embroidery services on our own, as well as customer-supplied products.

Prices vary according to size of embroidery.

If we cannot embroid from artwork supplied, we will charge an extra fee for digitizing your artwork into embroided-readable format.

Artwork sent to us, should be in either PDF or Jpeg format and quality received by us, will be the quality you get.

How we work

  1. You request a quote from us – for your convenience, you may use our “REQUEST A QUOTE” form or contact us directly via e-mail or WhatsApp
  2. We will send you the quotation within 48 hours or sooner – if we cannot quote on exactly what you require, we will advise on alternatives we can offer and quote you accordingly
  3. Once the quote has been approved, we require a non-refundable 85% deposit (full payment is required on orders of R1500 and less) to “seal the deal”
  4. We do the design for you and send it to you for approval – in this stage you may request changes until you are satisfied
    (Note that any changes may extend lead time)
  5. Once the approval has been received, we will commence with processing of your order
  6. Once your order is completed, we will send you photos thereof and require the outstanding amount before it can be collected / couriered to you.
  7. The outstanding amount may be paid in cash on collection, alternatively – strictly EFT transfers.
  8. Lastly, we will send you the waybill number(s) in order for you to track your own parcel(s), after final payment reflects in our bank account

Please Note: In some cases setup fees and / or a design fee will be charged. We will specify that per quote or make a note on the products / branding options where it may apply.

Setup Fees are mostly charged on outsourced branding options.

Design Fees will mostly only be charged (R150 once off) if we need to convert company logo’s into engraveable format.

Lead Time?

  • 2 – 4 weeks
  • In most cases it will take two weeks or less for standard orders
  • Wedding and bigger orders might take up to four weeks (in some cases a bit longer, depending on order)
  • HOWEVER – if you do require an order sooner due to due dates (such as deadlines for corporate gifting, birthdays, etc.), please do not hesitate to ask if we can accommodate those URGENT orders. We always try to go the extra mile, in order to keep our customers happy!
